A mural is typically a single image that fills the entire wall space, while wallpaper tends to be a repeating pattern. The printing process and cost are the same. All of our wallcoverings are printed on premium materials, which we have thoroughly-tested for fade-resistance, producing long-lasting results. Most of our offerings are certified as Commercial Type II Wallcoverings, ideal for any business or home use. They are flame resistant, easy to clean and maintain. While handling and performance features are similar to those of a vinyl-coated paper, professional installers have told us that our standard material options are easier to install because they behave like “traditional” wallpaper. Our material will not stretch as much as some vinyl products, which helps to prevent alignment problems during installation. Although all of our options are considered matte, the exact finish of your wall covering will vary based on your material selection. The finish of our most popular option is lustre, which has a very slight sheen but is closer to a matte finish than gloss. Our standard sized panel is 52 inches. Our panels are 52 inches wide x the height of your wall. There is no minimum or maximum size for a project. Yes, however, pricing discounts will apply only with larger panels. Need help with a design? No problem! We have a team of talented designers who can assist you in selecting artwork, or can help you create a custom design for your mural, wallpaper, or border. An image resolution of at least 150 DPI is required for photos and other similar images to achieve acceptable quality. The better the resolution of the file you provide, the better your final product will be. No. Our cost is based on square footage, and volume. Our color management software transforms RGB color into CMYK color for printing, so files in either color space are acceptable. For logos and other design elements where the best possible match is desired, please specify Pantone® colors or send us color swatches. Absolutely! Please email us with your name and mailing address. Feel free to call us with any questions you may have. Our normal turnaround is 5-7 business days after proof approval plus shipping time. Faster options are available. Please call us if you have a specific deadline that does not meet that production schedule.
We HIGHLY recommend using a professional wallpaper installer for your wall covering. This ensures a quality job with hassle-free results. If you have experience and want to install yourself, please note our panels can run up to 52″ wide and are larger than traditional wallpaper rolls. As long as your walls are properly prepped and primed (as referenced on our installation instructions) prior to installation, the wallpaper should come off easily will little to no damage to your walls. If your wall art gets dirty, you can clean it using a mild detergent or water and a soft cloth. We do offer specialty outdoor materials available for outdoor use. Please specify that you are planning to put your product outside when requesting a quote. Unfortunately, no. The wall needs to be as flat and as smooth as possible for the paste/adhesion to work properly. A special material is required when putting a product on glass. Please specify that you wish to place your project on glass when you request a quote.
